Abundant Rain Kids Club is one of the nation's leading not-for-profit kids development organizations, currently serving children and youth annually. Abundant Rain Kids Club provides all-inclusive, coeducational programs serving many different communities. Abundant Rain Kids Club's outcome-based programs include youth leadership, self-reliance, camping and environmental education and care for children. 

Abundant Rain Kids Clubs helps boys and girls learn - and play - side by side in comfortable, informal settings. Our coed programs allow parents to consolidate schedules for both their daughters and sons.

Abundant Rain Kids Club is an interracial organization for kids in the United States; Abundant Rain Kids Club takes pride in its long-standing commitment to providing fun programs and services to all children and families in America. We are inclusive, open to every person in the communities we serve, welcoming children, youth and adults regardless of race, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, or other aspect of diversity. Abundant Rain Kids Club programs are designed and implemented to reduce racial and cultural stereotypes and to foster positive intercultural relationships.

Abundant Rain Kid Clubs are for children of all ages! Boys and girls nationwide participate in fun activities, projects, events and lots of other activities that come with a small-group experience. 

Abundant Rain Kids Clubs usually meet each week for an hour and are generally led by two or more adults who have volunteered their time and skills. Meetings are held, in the evenings or on weekends. Boys and girls learn to work together and play together. They get involved in service projects which help them become responsible citizens concerned about their communities and society. 

Abundant Rain Kids Club programs have four important qualities:

• Rewards and recognition 

Each program-level name symbolizes expanding opportunities, choices and leadership:
     1.   Fireballs - Pre-Kindergarten through Kindergarten (ages 3 to 5)
     2.  Guiding Lights – First grade through second grade
     3.  North Stars – Third grade through fourth grade 
     4.  Mountain Climbers – Fifth grade through sixth grade

Abundant Rain Kids Clubs adheres to core values that guide the development of our programs and the organization as a whole: We believe that children and youth are our most precious resources.  We believe in an approach to youth development that builds assets and empowers individuals.  

We believe that the best youth development occurs in small groups where children and youth are actively involved in creating their own learning.  We are committed to coeducation, providing opportunities for boys, girls and families to develop together.  We provide caring, trained mentors to work with children and youth.  We are inclusive, welcoming children, youth and adults regardless of race, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, or other aspect of diversity.  We are committed to awaken a child's senses, curiosity, and desire to learn.  We foster leadership, engaging children and youth to give service and make decisions in a democratic society.  We provide safe, fun and nurturing environments for children and youth.  We enrich parents' and other adults' lives by expanding their skills and encouraging them to share their talents and build relationships with children and youth.  We respond to community needs with our programs and expertise.  We advocate on behalf of children, youth and families.
