Four types of questions are provided for each passage (1) Open It questions warm up the student and introduce the topic by asking about personal experience or common human experience. (2) Explore It questions get the student to observe the scripture. They help the student identify what God’s Word says. (3) Get It questions help the student answer by relating scripture to common human experience. Students identify how the passage is relevant to their own lives today. (4) Apply It questions lead to a plan of action.
